Norwalk apartment building sold for $4.8M

A luxury Norwalk apartment complex has been sold for nearly $5 million.

The Skyview Gardens apartments, at 21 Seir Hill Road, is a boutique luxury condominium building with 12, two-bedroom apartments.

According to city land records, the units were sold by AE Tomas & Associates, Joseph & Taylor Associates, and Anthony J. Melillio Jr., to Skyview 21 LLC and principal Samual Schreiber for $4.8 million in deals recorded Nov. 11. 

Northeast Private Client Group Vice President of Investments Rich Edwards, Jeff Wright and Associate Derek Mahabir represented the seller and procured the buyer in the transaction.

The Skyview complex was built in 2005, and units feature private balconies, gas fireplaces, jacuzzi bathtubs, central air conditioning and in-unit laundry.
