Winsted-based Northwest Community Bank recently announced a number of promotions and new appointments.
Gregori P. Tonon was recently promoted to executive vice president and chief lending officer. Tonon joined the bank in January 2014 as a vice president and commercial loan officer. In 2021, he was promoted to senior vice president, and in 2022 to commercial team leader.

Paul McLaughlin Jr. was elected president of the Northwest Community Bank Foundation, the bank’s charitable foundation. He takes on that role in addition to his executive positions at the bank. McLaughlin is executive vice president and chief retail banking officer of Northwest Community Bank.
James Rusiecki Jr. has been promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer. Rusiecki joined the bank in June 2018 as senior vice president and director of treasury management services, following 24 years of senior-level positions at other institutions.
