Dow Realty Co. and Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services joined forces on the sale of 202-204 State Street, Building B, North Haven, which closed on May 22.
The stand-alone, 7,870-square-foot office building is part of a two-building office condominium complex at the corner of State and Devine streets, at the off ramp of the Rt. 40 connector, and next to Yale-New Haven Health’s North Haven Medical Campus. Tenant EBM is a service-provider of employee benefits technology solutions that partners with benefit consultants, insurance carriers and enrollment firms.
The transaction closed at $765,000, with Jeff Dow, CCIM, of Dow Realty Co. representing the seller, Area Cooperative Educational Services (ACES), and Stephen Press, SIOR, and Tony Poccia of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services representing the buyer, TRM LLC.
