A North Haven medical office building has been sold for $1.5 million.
Hamden-based 12 Village Street LLC and principals Matthew Iannone and Geroge H. Romania sold the building at 12 Village St., to 12 Village LLC and principal Maqsood Malik in a deal recorded June 13.
The 22,700-square-foot building features several suites that range from 950 to 3,400 square feet that were used for medical offices, including medical, home care and rehabilitation centers, an urgent care facility and diagnostic laboratory.
The 1908 building sits on nearly 3 acres about one mile from Interstate 91.Â
