North Haven industrial building sells for $2.5M

A North Haven industrial building on Sackett Point Road has been sold for $2.5 million.

The 115,000-square-foot light industrial building also contains 50,000 square feet of office space. The main building dates back to 1974 with an addition built in 1982. 

The property sits on 13 acres at 400 Sackett Point Road in the town’s industrial zone and has an appraised value of $2 million.

The buyer is Source One Realty Holdings LLC of Durham, and the seller is Mettler Realty LLC of North Haven.

The building has been home to a metal-finishing company and New England Reuse company.
