A 128-unit apartment complex at 99 Broadway in North Haven sold recently for $34.8 million.
New Jersey-based Ardenwood Holding LLC bought the 7-building complex on 10 acres from Ardenwood Apartments LLC in a transaction recorded June 28.
The buildings are appraised at $21.1 million, and the land appraised at $2.6 million, according to town property records.
Outbuildings like carports and garages, are appraised at $177,000 for a total appraised property value of $23.9 million.
North Haven Assessor Gary John said Ardenwood is a higher-end apartment complex.

Ardenwood Apartments LLC bought the complex in 2004 for $26 million. It was built in 2000.
