A New Jersey manufacturer of temperature indicators for vaccines and other medical products has acquired Enfield’s William Laboratories, according to Touchstone Advisors, which consulted William on the deal.
Temptime Corp.’s purchase of William expands its reach into the market for devices that monitor temperatures on bags of donated blood, according to Touchstone.
William’s brands include Safe-T-Vue and TRANS-VUE.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Ed Sharpless bought William Laboratories in 2001 and moved it to its current headquarters on Anngina Drive.
