A four-story, 12-unit, apartment building in downtown New Britain has sold for $415,000, according to deeds recorded Nov. 24.
The 115-year-old building at 168 to 174 Arch St., with brick and masonry exterior, was sold by nine co-owners to Star City Arch St. LLC., of Great Neck, N.Y.
The buyer’s principals include Michael, Noah, Bahram and Simon Livi, according to state business filings.
Susan and Louis Frati each received $103,750 from the sale, as did Emilie Albert, according to town records. Five additional part owners received $17,291.66 and one more received $17,291.70, according to town records.
The 13,483-square-foot, mixed-use, building includes two retail storefronts and was built in 1906, according to city records. It is about two blocks away from the Hospital of Central Connecticut and Walnut Hill Park.
The city most recently appraised the building’s market worth at $470,000.
