Newman Architects announces more C-suite changes amid leadership transition  

For the second time this year, New Haven-based Newman Architects has announced changes in its C-suite. 

Partner Peter Newman has retired from the firm, while two other employees have been promoted. 

Laura Gilmore, director of design, and Paul Santos, director of housing, have also been named principals.

Meantime, Dov Feinmesser, Newman’s director of sustainability, has been promoted to associate principal.

In May, Newman Architects announced a new leadership structure, including a CEO, chief operating officer and four director-level positions.

A. Brooks Fischer, a principal at the firm, was named president and CEO as part of those earlier changes.
