A newly constructed Chick-fil-A property in Bristol has sold for $4.67 million, according to city property records.
The 5,146-square-foot property at 1249 Farmington Ave. was purchased June 1 by Cambridge Street Realty LLC, a Massachusetts-based limited liability company affiliated with Bruce and Laura Efron of Dorchester, local and state records show.
When asked why he made the purchase, Bruce Efron said in an email: “I love the area and strongly believe in Chick-fil-A as a company.”
The seller was Endurance Bristol LLC, which is controlled by William Baker, who has a Florida business address, state records show.
The property was built in 2025 on a 1.5-acre site, and the Chick-fil-A restaurant opened in January. The building is part of a new commercial development that also includes a ProHealth Physicians medical office and Platinum Express Car Wash.
According to a marketing brochure prepared by SRS Real Estate Partners, the property is leased to Chick-fil-A under a 15-year ground lease that began in January.
