Newington aerospace manufacturer PCX Aerosystems said Monday it will acquire Enfield-based manufacturer Senior Aerospace Connecticut (SAC).
The deal will allow PCX, which makes parts for rotorcraft and fixed wing aerospace platforms, to expand on its offerings for rotorhead and transmission components ‒ in which SAC specializes ‒ PCX said.
“The combination of these two long-standing Connecticut manufacturers creates an enterprise capable of providing a broad set of supply chain solutions for our customers,” PCX Aerosystems President and CEO Jeff Frisby said.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
