Newington Retail Associates recently bought the property at 2394-2406 Berlin Turnpike. The sale includes 1.66 acres of land.
The principal of Newington Retail Associates is Livingston Morris of Rocky Hill.
The seller was JCJ Associates of New Britain, whose principals are Phill Louis of New Britain and Christine Chipman of Bloomfield. JCJ Associates acquired the property in 1996 via a quitclaim transfer.
The building was constructed in 1974.
