A Newington retail plaza with three buildings totaling 17,326 square feet sold for $1.85 million this summer.
Albert Rizzo Inc. sold the 1.9-acre property at 3384-3388 Berlin Turnpike to 75 Airport Road Associates LP, of Wethersfield, through a deed recorded by the town on Aug. 24.
The Secretary of the State’s office does not list principals for 75 Airport Road Associates. Gabriella Cardino is listed as president of the business in its 2023 state business filing.
Albert Rizzo Inc.’s principals are Albert Rizzo III, Gina Galvin and Lisa Gagnon.
The property hosts a 2,800-square foot, 1966-vintage retail building that previously housed a Dunkin’ location, then a Batteries Plus store. Town Fair Tire occupies a 7,560-square-foot retail building completed in 1985 and Rizzo Pools is located in a 6,955-square-foot building completed in 1964.Â
