A Cromwell-based real estate developer recently purchased several adjacent properties on Kitts Lane in Newington with plans to build a housing development.
In late July, Kitts Lane Apartments LLC and principal Pat Snow purchased 220, 226 and 244 Kitts Lane for more than $1.15 million.
Snow, as Kitts Lane Apartments LLC, and Manaker Properties, has an application into the town’s Inland Wetlands Commission for a 44-unit development.
The properties for the new project include
- 220 Kitts Lane, which was sold by 220 Kitts Lane LLC for $158,764;
- 226 Kitts Lane, sold by 226 Kitts Lane LLC for $124,972;
- 244 Kitts Lane, sold by Kitts Lane Large Parcel LLC, for $277,131;
- 226 Kitts Lane Rear, sold by Kitts Lane Small Parcel LLC for $589,131.
The properties were sold in deals recorded July 25, according to town land records.
Pat T. Snow is founder and senior developer for Premier Real Estate Services of Connecticut LLC.
The combined parcels make up a 6.24-acre project site that contains two single-family homes and some outbuildings, which would be demolished. Some areas of the property are vacant and forested.
The neighborhood contains primarily single-family homes and condominiums near the site, according to the application.
