A 4,500-square-foot medical office condominium in Newington has sold for $1.15 million, according to a broker involved in the deal.
The property at 485 Willard Ave. was acquired by Group Omega LLC, of Brooklyn, New York, as an investment, according to O,R&L Commercial.
The seller was M&R Strand LLC, which is controlled by Mitchel and Regina Strand of Mystic, state records show.
The unit is fully leased to Total Vision under a long-term agreement. The tenant has occupied the space since the building was constructed in 2009.
Jay Morris and Luke Massirio of O,R&L Commercial were the sole brokers in the deal.
