A 24,232-square-foot Newington industrial building recently sold for $1.3 million.
The building, set on 2.1 acres at 101 Rockwell Road in the town’s industrial park, was sold by 101 Rockwell Road LLC to Rockwell Holdings LLC in a deal recorded Jan 3.
The buyer’s principals are James Boryczewski, of Weatogue, and Dina Palmese, of Kensington. The pair are also co-presidents of EDCO Engineering, which has listed the Newington address as its headquarters since at least 2018, the latest annual report available online through the Secretary of the State’s Office.
Boryczewski declined to comment on Wednesday.
