Ohio Transmission Corp. has acquired Newington’s Ohlheiser Corp., the two announced.
Ohlheiser will become an OTC subsidiary, and its 40 employees will transfer to OTC, which is based in Columbus and has more than 550 workers.
Ohlheiser has sold pneumatics, vacuum, fluid power, robotics, motion control and various other products for more than 50 years.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
