🔒Newington auto service station property sells for $2.49M

A Massachusetts buyer recently paid $2.49 million for a Newington property hosting a Firestone Complete Auto Care location. In a deed recorded by the town on March 6, a limited liability company headed by James Demetri, of North Reading, Massachusetts, bought the 8,410-square-foot, 2015-vintage service station on 1 acre at 2897 Berlin Turnpike. The seller was an LLC whose principal is Beth Wonski, of Essex Falls, New Jersey. Wonski’s LLC paid $2.61 million for the property in late 2022. The seller was represented by Steven Schiavello, Patrick Gray and Matthew Nadler of Horvath & Tremblay.
