A New York-based limited liability company recently sold 12 apartment properties in Manchester with a combined 294 units for $54.7 million.
Chester Homes LLC – whose principal is Zev Weinroth of New York City – sold nine properties jointly to Manchester CG Exchange LP and Manchester SW Exchange LLC, two entities that are controlled by David Klein, of Lakewood, New Jersey.
Two more properties were sold to GE CT LLC, whose principal is Gershon Eichorn of Brooklyn.
One property was sold to HH CT LLC, an entity sharing a New York City address with Chester Homes, according to state business records. That address is listed “c/o” Verivia, which is a privately held real estate investment firm.
Attempts to reach Weinroth, Klein and a Verivia representative were not immediately successful Wednesday.
Properties sold to the entities controlled by Klein include:
· 162 Homestead St., a 1974-vintage, 16-unit building on 1.3 acres that sold for $1.3 million.
· 25 Congress St., a 1958-vintage, brick and masonry building of 6 units on a third of an acre that sold for $1.1 million.
· 1 Main St., a 1968-vintage, 11-unit building on 0.6 acres that sold for $2 million.
· 189 Middle Turnpike West, a 1957-vintage, 6-unit building on a third of an acre that sold for $1.1 million.
· 108 Mckee St., which includes two, 13-unit buildings erected in 1966 on a 1.5-acre property. It sold for $4.8 million.
· 147 Love Lane, a 1.5 acre property with two, five-unit buildings completed in 1986. It sold for $1.8 million
· 106 New State Road, a 4.7-acre property with five buildings completed in 1969 that host a total of 52 units. It sold for $9.6 million.
· 568 Hilliard St., a 2-acre property with two buildings completed in 1965 containing a total of 14 units. It sold for $5.2 million.
· 241 New State Road, a 4.5-acre property with five, 1989-vintage buildings containing a total of 42 units. It sold for $7.8 million.
Properties sold to GE CT LLC include:
· 226 New State Road, a 3.7-acre property with 48 units in four buildings that sold for $8.3 million.
· 19 Henry St., a 3.9-acre property with 42 units in three buildings completed in 1975. This property sold for $7.8 million.
HH CT LLC paid $3.7 million for a 2.5-acre property with 21 units in three, 36-year-old buildings.
