A New York investor has purchased the former location of Stamford furniture retailer The Collective for $5.58 million, according to the city’s property transfer records.
Ira Schwartz, of New York City, doing business as High Ridge EP LLC, has bought the one-story, 17,598-square-foot building, at 907 High Ridge Road, from Pamela and Gregory Frisoli, of Greenwich, doing business as KLO High Ridge LLC.
An email to Schwatz was not immediately returned.
Pamela Frisoli told the Hartford Business Journal in May that she planned to move the business, which she and Gregory Frizoli own, out of the High Ridge location this summer,
rename it Travore Home Stamford and relocate to a 5,820-square-foot retail space at 533-541 Pacific St.
The High Ridge building, which was built in 1968, was appraised at $3.28 million and assessed at $2.3 million, according to property records. Pamela and Gregory Frisoli bought it for $2.65 million in June 2021.
