A New Jersey investor has bought the building that is home to Nod Hill Brewery in Ridgefield for $5.18 million, according to the town’s land records.
Richard Balik, of Secaucus, New Jersey, doing business as BHD Ridgefield Realty LLC, has bought the 32,132-square-foot, one story building from Robert and Nancy Kaye, of Ridgefield, doing business as Ridgefield Real Estate LLC.
Balik is the executive vice president of General Glass International, a Secaucus-based maker of arvhitectural glass. Calls to the company were not immediately returned.
Nod Hill Brewery, which was founded in 2017, brews a variety of American, English, German and Belgian beers and has a taproom and event space, according to its website. Calls to the brewery were not immediately returned.
Riverside Fencing and Silvestri Fencing are also tenants in this building, according to their websites.
The building , which sits on 15 acres and was built in 1964, is appraised at $2.52 million and assessed at 1.77 million, property records show.
