A restaurant with two other locations in the state will open its third in Glastonbury next year at The Shops at Somerset Square, shopping center officials announced Thursday.
Milestone Restaurant, which has locations in the Georgetown section of Wilton and Mystic, will open in “early 2027” in Suite 240, officials said. An exact opening date was not disclosed.
The Glastonbury location is next to Harvey & Lewis Opticians and Talbots, and has more than 5,500 square feet of space.
Milestone Glastonbury will feature “scratch-made comfort food, a strong cocktail program, curated music and a lively yet welcoming atmosphere” that will include weekly live music, community events and celebrations, according to the announcement.
Milestone will join several other new tenants at Somerset Square, including Cold Stone Creamery, Tiger Belly Noodle Bar and Colony Grill, as the retail center continues to expand its dining and shopping options.
