Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill, a Colorado-based chain, will open a franchise location this fall at The Promenade Shops in South Windsor, the shops announced.
The Colorado-based chain, which describes itself as “fast-casual Mediterranean concept,” has awarded franchise rights to a Delaware corporation to develop up to 46 Garbanzo restaurants in the greater New York area.
The Promenade location will be the company’s first in Connecticut.
