A New Haven retail site along the busy Route 80 commercial stretch near the East Haven border has been sold.
The 8,000-square-foot building, at 417 Foxon Blvd., is anchored by an Advance Auto Parts store. It was sold by Foxon Western LLC and principal Joan V. Drazen for $1.5 million to 471 Foxon Boulevard LLC and Providence-based principal Konstantinos Dokos in a deal recorded March 27.
Dokos could not be reached for comment.Â
The auto-parts store sits along the busy commercial stretch, near restaurants and other commercial sites.
The last recorded appraised value was listed as $1.2 million, according to city property records.
It was built in 1996 and has been owned by Foxon Western since that time, when it was purchased for $250,000, according to city records.
