A commercial storefront condominium at 91 Church St. in New Haven has sold for $528,000.
The 2,400-square-foot property has one commercial tenant, Bora Bora Smoothie Café, which will continue to operate at the location, where it has been since September 2025.
The original building, a nationally registered historic Georgian Revival property built in 1900, was severely damaged by fire in 2007 and left vacant for several years.
Owners Northside Development rebuilt the structure, restoring and replicating the original palladium windows and timber framing, and creating a third floor. The building reopened in 2015 with the ground floor commercial storefront and four residential loft properties above.
Northside, through its LLC, 91 Church Street Associates, is now turning the property into condominiums. The commercial condo and two of the residential units have sold. Two of the lofts are still on the market.
Stephen Press of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services represented the seller for the storefront unit. Press says the buyer is an out-of-state investor.
