A New Haven-based beverage manufacturer has leased 20,000 square feet of industrial space in North Haven as part of its growth plans, according to commercial real estate brokerage O,R&L Commercial.
Harvest Beverage Group, which lists its headquarters at 222 Forbes Ave. in New Haven, signed the lease at 1 Corporate Drive, a 40,424-square-foot industrial property in North Haven.
The company manufactures high-pressure processed beverages and food products under its JUISI brand and for other brands and retailers. Harvest produces cold-pressed juices, smoothies and gazpachos, and also provides co-packing, private-label manufacturing, inventory management, procurement and certification-compliance services, according to its website.
O,R&L Commercial said broker Sam Crampton represented landlord Ezra Holdings LLC and procured the tenant in the deal.
Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
