New Haven assisted living facility sold for $2.25M

An assisted living facility in New Haven has sold for more than $2 million.

The 10,500-square-foot facility 92-94 Lexington Ave., was sold to Riverview Propco LLC and principal Erica Lesser of Waterbury, by Wethersfield-based 92 Lexington Avenue LLC for $2.25 million in a deal recorded Sept 11.

Built in 1975, the facility includes 25 semi-private rooms, a commercial kitchen, dining room, and three full baths on each floor.

The property has a total appraised value of $1.2 million.

The listing agent was James McCall of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty.
