A New Haven apartment complex has been sold for $2.6 million to a Madison-based property management company.
The 41-unit Terrace Heights Apartments located at 70 Terrace St. in New Haven was purchased by Green Properties Management, managed by Thomas Anderson in Madison. The seller was 84 Terrace Street LLC, based in Branford.
The apartment complex is located near the East Haven town line and includes 33 one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom units.
Steven Witten and Victor Nolleti of New Haven-based Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services announced that they were the sole broker in the deal.

Hartford Hopping
Hartford-based Sentry Commercial Real Estate Services announced that it helped broker a deal for an industrial property in Bloomfield.
Yale Electric, a Boston-based lighting and appliance distributor, purchased a 22,000-square-foot property for $925,000. The two-acre tract is located at 22 East Newberry Road in Bloomfield and had been owned by Newberry Road Associates.
While Sentry Commercial represented the seller, Colliers, Dow and Condon represented the buyer.
Hartford-based Diversified Project Management had news of their own to announce, as Tom Jones has been hired as DPM’s senior project manager. Jones will work out of DPM’s East Hartford office.
Jones will be responsible for the management of various DPM projects, most notably at Lawrence & Memorial Hospital in New London.
