A 200,000 square-foot building on Main Street in New Hartford recently sold for $8 million, according to town records.
Waring Park, a 203,000-square-foot commercial and retail building at 283 Main St., was purchased by Waring Park LLC of Lakewood, N.J. Its principal is Israel Perlow, also of Lakewood, N.J.
The seller was PNL Nutmeg LLC of Dallas, Texas. PNL Nutmeg acquired the property in 2014. Its principals, all of Dallas, are David Porter, Scott Kocurek and Daniel Levitan.
The building’s tenants include New Hartford Self Storage, Collinsville Antiques and Brewery Legitimus.
The sale includes 24 acres of land.

The facility was built in 1968 and renovated in 1979, town records show.
