A commercial plaza in New Fairfield has been sold for more than $6 million.
The Heritage Plaza at 28 State Route 39, features more than 26,000 square feet of retail space, all of which was recently renovated by the previous owners, according to real estate firm CBRE, which had the listing for the seller.
Heritage Acquisitions bought the plaza for $6.2 million from 28 ROUTE 39 LLC.Â
The complex is fully leased with a number of service-based tenants, including First Step Pre-School and New Fairfield Animal Hospital.
Neighboring retailers include Stop & Shop, Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts, Prime Time Fitness and Webster Bank.
Built in 1996, the plaza has roughly 14 commercial tenant spaces, and an appraised value of $3.6 million as of 2022 town property records.
