A Torrington builder that specializes in constructing locations for national retail tenants recently sold a newly built Dollar General location in Enfield for $2.7 million.
In a deed recorded Oct. 1, a limited liability company tied to Calito Development Group sold a 10,640-square-foot retail building completed earlier this year on 2.38 acres at 161 Raffia Road to a New York investor.
The new owner is Pelaez & Rolo Corp., of Fresh Meadows, New York.
The property has a 15-year triple-net lease, according to listing materials.
Brent Hyldahl, Devin Perez and Alan Cafiero of Marcus & Millichap represented the buyer. Daniel R de Sa’ and Robert P. James of HMX Realty Advisors listed the property.
“We sold the property to an investor seeking a safe, passive income stream from an investment-grade tenant,” de Sa’ said. “The new long-term, triple net lease met the buyer’s requirements.”
