A new interactive charcuterie restaurant called Char-cu-te-rie will open this fall at Blue Back Square, bringing a specialized dining concept focused on curated cheese and meat boards to the shopping and dining center.
The restaurant, located at 80 Memorial Road, will offer charcuterie boards for various occasions, from small gatherings to large events, along with specialty products for customers to purchase, according to an announcement Tuesday.
Owner Anna Estiandan said the concept aims to create an experience beyond just dining.
The restaurant will feature fine cheeses, cured meats and fresh accompaniments arranged on boards designed to balance flavors and textures.
Connor Nolan, senior director of leasing at Blue Back Square, said the new restaurant fits with the property’s dining offerings.
The storefront space at 80 Memorial Road previously housed Aria Nail Spa.
