New CFO for Chemtura

Stephen C. Forsyth will be leaving his position as CFO of the world’s largest producer of carbon fabric, Stamford-based Hexcel Corp., to fill the same position at Chemtura , in Middlebury. Forsyth, 51, is replacing Karen R. Osar, whose retirement took effect March 30. The company, which manufacturers specialty chemicals, crop production and pool, spa and home care products, settled a $51 million federal class action lawsuit in October related to its rubber chemicals.
