The Wheeler Family Health and Wellness Center in New Britain has opened its new facility at 40 Hart Street.
Wheeler officials said the clinic officially moved from its former location at 75 North Mountain Road to the Hart Street building on June 21.
The new and expanded center, one of five Wheeler facilities in the greater Hartford area, offers pediatric and adult primary care, chronic disease management services, medication-assisted addiction treatment, psychiatric services, intensive outpatient programs, women’s health care and an on-site pharmacy and laboratory.
Wheeler has been operating in New Britain since 1991. The company’s other facilities are located in Hartford, Bristol, Plainville and Waterbury.
