A 19-apartment complex in New Britain sold for $1.58 million on Monday, according to city records.
Green Street Nineteen, LLC sold the property at 123 Green St. to Greenview Apartments NB, a limited liability company with a business address in Spring Valley, New York.
The nearly half-acre property hosts two, three-story, brick-sided buildings erected in the late 1960s. The property last sold for $1.3 million in 2016, according to city records.
The buyer’s principal is Yitzchok Kaufman, who, on state business records, lists his residence in New Britain.
