The U.S. arm of Swiss food-nutrition products giant Nestle S.A. has extended its eight-year-old tie with ING’s U.S. Retirement division in Windsor to manage $3 billion in 401(k) assets for some 37,600 active and retired Nestle workers.
ING agreed to continue managing Nestle USA’s employer-sponsored Nestle Smart$aving Program for another four years. Nestle and ING began their relationship in 2003.
ING also provides retirement plan administration, recordkeeping and participant communications and education support.
