A Glastonbury buyer recently paid $1.85 million for two neighboring retail buildings totaling 16,110 square feet on a little more than 2.2 acres in Cromwell.
A limited liability company tied to Glastonbury investor Filadelfo Ossino bought 2 and 4 Willowbrook Road, from DPL Willowbrook Plaza LLC, of Middletown, in a deed recorded on March 4.
The seller’s principal is Da Vinci Properties LLC. Paul Signorello signed the deed as managing member of Da Vinci Properties LLC. State business records also list Salvatore Idomenico, Luigi Iacobucci and Joe Bilskis as principals.
The 2,585-square-foot building at 4 Willowbrook Road sits on a roughly quarter-acre lot and was completed in 1955, according to town assessment records. It currently hosts medical offices.
The neighboring 13,525-square-foot retail strip on 2 acres at 2 Willowbrook Road hosts a restaurant, ice-cream parlor and other retail businesses. This building was completed in 1975, according to town records.Â
