An almost 36,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Bethel has sold for $2.7 million, according to the town’s land records.
DCG Bethel Property LLC has bought the two-story, 35,790-square-foot building, at 9 Trowbridge Drive, from JVV Holdings Inc., which is controlled by David Valluzzo, of Easton, property records show. Valluzzo has owned the property since 1995.
DCG Bethel Property is controlled by Sean Quinn, of Bethel, and SMQ Investment Trust, according to state records.
Quinn didn’t immediately return an email asking about his plans for the 3.64-acre property. The factory was built in 1988.
DCG Precision Manufacturing, a maker of precision machined components, has an address of 9 Trowbridge Drive, according to its website.
The property is appraised at $2.63 million and assessed at $1.63 million, according to property records.
