Naugatuck information technology firm NSI said it has acquired Shelton’s Laser Network Solutions, Inc., a move that expands the company’s reach in Fairfield and New Haven counties.
“The addition of the Laser technical team and the dedicated Laser customer base aligns with our strategy to help our clients succeed by enthusiastically using technology to help them make more money, control expense and reduce risk,” NSI CEO Tom McDonald said in a statement.
Laser will continue to deliver IT services under the NSI name, the company said. The combined company has 25 employees, McDonald said.
Both firms have been providing technology services to small businesses for nearly three decades. NSI currently serves more than 350 clients in the Northeast.
