The Connecticut Science Center has opened an exhibition on natural disasters that includes state-of-the-art animations, large scale images and cultural artifacts. “Nature Unleashed: Inside Natural Disasters,” described as the center’s most ambitious traveling exhibit to date, comes to Hartford from the Field Museum in Chicago through the support of local presenting sponsors Connecticut Light & Power and the Northeast Utilities Foundation. The national sponsor is Allstate. The exhibit runs through Sept. 5.
