The Shops at Somerset Square said Wednesday that CAVA will open a new location in its retail center in Suite 700, next to J.Jill and the future home of Cold Stone Creamery.
The restaurant will have a total of 2,224 square feet. An official opening date has not yet been determined.
CAVA, which has over 450 locations in 29 states and the District of Columbia, has other locations in Connecticut in Danbury, Greenwich, Newington, Shelton and Westport.
David Dumeer of Goman + York Real Estate Advisors LLC represented the retail center in securing CAVA as a tenant.
It will add to the dining options at The Shops at Somerset Square, which also features Max Fish, Bareburger and Tiger Belly Noodle & Sushi Bar. The Colony Grill and
Milestone restaurants also have been announced and will open soon.
