Chicago-based L&W Supply, a national distributor of interior building materials and construction supplies, recently completed its acquisition of Killingly Building Products, which has locations in Dayville and Providence, Rhode Island.
L&W Supply already had Connecticut locations in Stratford, North Haven and Stamford. The acquisition has created L&W Supply’s first location in Rhode Island.
The employees at Killingly Building Products will join the L&W Supply team, according to the announcement.
L&W Supply, which is owned by Beloit, Wisconsin-based ABC Supply, is one of the nation’s largest distributors of wallboard, suspended ceiling systems, steel studs, joint treatment, insulation, fasteners and related building products. It operates over 250 branches in 41 states.
