Time is running out for Connecticut bus riders and residents to choose a name for the double-decker coach that Megabus.com bus is running to honor the Nutmeg State.
Indeed, “The Nutmeg State,” along with “The Merritt” and “The Constitution State” are the three choices available to voters, the commercial bus line said Tuesday.
Voting closes on Monday, Aug. 17, Elizabeth, N.J., parent Coach USA says.
Megabus.com says it began its “Name the Bus” campaign in July to honor the people in Connecticut and each of the 33 states (and Washington, D.C.) who helped it expand into one of the largest city-to-city, express bus companies in North America.
Winning bus names will be announced via megabus.com’s social media channels.
