Quantum Discovery LLC, a New London legal research and pre-trial services vendor, says it has expanded its Midwest and national client base via an acquisition.
QDiscovery said Wednesday it acquired 14-year-old Indianapolis litigation-support services firm Preferred Imaging for an undisclosed sum.
“The company has long-standing client relationships, a respected name in the Indianapolis marketplace and significant e-discovery experience and bench strength,” QDiscovery CEO Matt McCormack said in a statement.
QDiscovery provides electronic discovery and forensic technology services to a number of national law firms, many of which serve Fortune 500 corporations.
