Several West Hartford industrial properties have sold recently to a New Hampshire-based wholesale distributor for $887,000, town records show.
They include the 12,551-square-foot building at 674 Oakwood Dr.; a 1,975-square-foot warehouse at 115 Vanderbilt Ave.; and land at 117 and 121 Vanderbilt Ave., town records show.
The seller was CUNNINGHAM BROTHERS REALTY LLC, which is controlled by Kevin Cunningham, the former president of West Hartford-based Cunningham Supply, which was purchased in 2015 by Concord, N.H.-based The Granite Group, according the SupplyHouse Times.
The properties were sold to William and P. Kevin Condron, who run The Granite Group.
The largest of the properties, 674 Oakwood Dr., is a current location of the The Granite Group.
