The trendy gourmet bistro Mystic Market Kitchen & Eatery has announced it will open its fifth location Thursday at Foxwoods Resort Casino.
The eatery — which is owned and operated by The Coastal Gourmet Group — focuses on handmade artisan foods that are prepared from scratch.
Mystic Market will be located on the Great Cedar concourse in the Great Cedar Hotel, which is part of Foxwoods.
Foxwoods CEO Jason Guyot applauded the move and said it’s perfect timing given the holidays.
“Mystic Market Kitchen & Eatery is well-known across the state as a delicious one-stop shop for gourmet meals, and we’re excited to partner with The Coastal Gourmet Group to bring their delectable offerings to Foxwoods,” Guyot said. “Mystic Market is the perfect addition to our resort — especially ahead of the busy holiday season.”
Mystic Market specialties include kale mango and quinoa salad; citrus grilled salmon with fennel; and crispy lemon parmigiana chicken.
The eatery will be open Wednesdays and Thursdays from noon to 6 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 9 p.m.; and Sundays from noon to 7 p.m.
