Hartford law firm Murtha Cullina has hired Robert A. Heinimann Jr. as an associate in its trusts and estates department.
In his new role, Heinimann will develop and implement estate plans for clients, and handle estate and trust administration, probate proceedings, tax planning and business succession planning.
He previously worked as a senior associate at R. Eugene Torrenti and at Paragon Trust Co.
He is admitted to practice on Connecticut and New York.
