Regional law firm Murtha Cullina LLP has named three new partners, two of whom are in the Hartford office.
New partners are:
- Alfred R. Casella, whose Hartford practice includes estate administration, probate litigation, family business succession planning and sophisticated estate planning. His practice also includes serving as a fiduciary, whether as executor, trustee or conservator, as well as serving as counsel for fiduciaries.
- David A. Menard, an attorney in the firm’s Hartford corporate law practice, where he represents both private and public companies. Mr. Menard practices in the areas of private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and contracts, and securities law.
- And Sara P. Bryant, a Boston-based attorney in the firm’s Litigation Department.
