Experts will debate mounting concerns about the $2.9 trillion municipal finance market at a downtown Hartford forum on Thursday.
The session will begin at 7 p.m. at the University of Connecticut School of Business’s Graduate Business Learning Center, 100 Constitution Plaza.

Peter M. Gioia, vice president and economist at the Connecticut Business & Industry Association, will moderate a panel consisting of: Robert A.
