Pat Munger Construction Company, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Cal Connelly as Construction Solutions Advisor, a newly established role focused on driving strategic growth and expanding client partnerships.
Cal works closely with owners, developers, and key decision-makers to guide projects from early planning through execution. He leads needs analysis, helps shape project scope and strategy, and delivers value-driven solutions that position projects for long-term success. Cal also plays a key role in securing large, design-build opportunities and building relationships across target accounts.
Cal brings a diverse background in business-to-business and direct sales across the construction, renewable energy, and IT sectors.
Working closely with Munger Construction’s preconstruction and estimating teams, Cal will support strategic proposals, opportunity planning, and a seamless client experience from concept through completion.
